Where 388wln identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be merged, suspended, or closed at 388wln's discretion, and any bonus winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 388wln support immediately via the contact details provided on the platform. 388wln will never request your password through any communication channel.
388wln may request identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the platform, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and utility bills or bank statements for proof of address. Accounts that remain unverified beyond a reasonable period may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 388wln reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where market integrity is in question, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where the bet exceeds the maximum stake for the relevant market.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's account in circumstances including event cancellation, market suspension due to exceptional circumstances, or where 388wln determines that a material error in odds or event information occurred at the time the bet was accepted.
In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and market availability. 388wln does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets during ongoing events. Bets accepted before a significant in-play event that was publicly known at the time of acceptance — but not yet reflected in the displayed odds — may be voided at 388wln's discretion.
Cricket betting markets, including Pakistan Super League fixtures, international Test matches, and T20 tournaments, are governed by the cricket betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the 388wln platform. In the event of any conflict between the general betting rules and the sport-specific cricket rules, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence.

388wln's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 388wln's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
388wln reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been violated, where regulatory obligations require account review, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 388wln support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
